Scope
New cabinets, a stone top, and the original oak floor kept.
Cooks for six. The rest of the house stayed open.
The family cooks every night, so the room could not close for a vague “few months.” We wrote the scope around the existing oak floor and the doorway that had to stay open to the hall.
Cabinets went in on the week we named. The stone top followed. Dust stayed in the kitchen. The rest of the house was swept and usable.
